Our Story
BluPrint AI is a division of BluWave Consulting Group, born from over two decades of solving the toughest problems in enterprise IT.
BluWave was founded by technologists who spent their careers in the trenches — administering thousands of systems at Qualcomm, running IT operations for major e-commerce brands, leading solution consulting teams across the Southwest, and building companies from the ground up. Through it all, one conviction held: technology should serve the business, not the other way around.
The AI Inflection
When large language models crossed the threshold from curiosity to capability, we didn’t just adopt AI — we went all in. We saw what others were still debating: that AI agents could fundamentally change how software gets built, tested, and shipped.
BluPrint AI was created to answer a single question: What happens when you give AI agents the same tools, standards, and accountability that you’d give a senior engineering team?
